Ariana Ferrer currently manages finances and the administration of the Trust’s “VIVE 2.0 Mexico Project” which supports the economic empowerment of Mexican women. She oversees other projects with the Organization of American States and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, such as the “Freedom of Expression” program and the Rapporteurship on the Rights of LGBTI Persons. While managing the VIVE Program, Freedom of Expression project, and Rapporteurship, Ariana is also responsible for orchestrating the “Creating a Career Path in Digital Security Program” with the Inter-American Committee Against Terrorism.
Ariana holds an Environmental Engineering degree, with a Specialization in Agile Project Management and a Master Degree in Business Administration. She was born in Venezuela and lived in Panama for 11 years. Supporting her academic background, Ariana brings ten years of diverse experience; such as a specialist in administration and finance for private construction companies. She also managed communication programs with different ministries in Panama, providing the organization with strategic organization of social projects that promoted educational and cultural programs.
